A home care worker runs their day from a device that delivers a range of information including schedules and procedures. Over the recent challenging times, the company experienced high levels of staff disruption leading to misplaced assets and downtime for employees waiting on equipment.

OneStep worked with the client to map its processes around the support of its staff and collaborated to deliver a solution to support the home care staff. The solution delivers fit-for-purpose compliant and tested equipment and includes the retrieval and refurbishment of field equipment.
